Tengen DZL25 series leakage circuit breaker
DZL25 series leakage circuit breaker is suitable forcircuit of AC
50Hz, rated working voltage 380V and rated cu rrent 100A, to make
indirect contact protection to the human being, also to prevent
fire accident caused by ground fault current due to the damage of
insulation of equipment. In addition, it not only can protect the
circuit and motor against overload and short circuit, but also can
be used to switch the circuit and start the motor infrequently. The
products are in conformity with such standards as GB 6829, GB
14048.2, IEC 60755 and IEC 60947.
This series of leakage breakers is current operated electronic
earth leakage protector. The main components are composed of main
switches, over-current tripping devices, zero sequence current
transformers, electronic amplification circuits, leakage tripping
devices, test devices and so on.
The overcurrent protection section is a hydraulic electromagnetic
release (100A and below) and a thermal bimetal electromagnetic
release (200A). Under normal circumstances, the current vector
across the zero sequence current transformer is zero, and the zero
sequence current transformer has no output on the two side, and the
main switch remains closed to maintain normal power supply.
When the circuit is in the protection of the occurrence of leakage
and electric shock when the primary side current vector through the
zero sequence current transformer and is not equal to zero, the two

current through the electronic amplifying circuit to make the
action leakage tripping device, open the main switch, the circuit
